Updated: How to recycle your Christmas tree in Preston for 2017

In Preston the brown bins, if you have one, can be used for real Christmas trees.

South Ribble Council is also advising a similar approach. You need to cut your Christmas tree down to a “manageable size, no taller than the height of the bin” and present it alongside your brown bin.
