Students gather to pay their respects to Alan Rickman

Despite the weather a crowd of muggles turned out to pay their respects to Alan Rickman on Saturday afternoon.

Arranged by the Harry Potter Society at the University of Central Lancashire, the event took place by the university library.

Lighting the candles

Candles were lit, a couple of wands appeared and a donation was given by all which raised £60 for Cancer research.
