Harrison Drury, with offices in Preston and throughout the north-west, has advised concert promoters Cuffe and Taylor on legal and contractual agreements with individual venues and the star himself.

David Edwards, associate solicitor at Harrison Drury, said: “Cuffe and Taylor has continued to secure a number of deals to promote the performances of some of the biggest stars in the entertainment industry.

“It’s great to be providing specialist legal advice to help Cuffe and Taylor cement its relationship with Rod Stewart, as well as helping the firm clinch a new exciting deal which will help stage big name acts at Scarborough Open Air Theatre.”

Rod Stewart will perform eight outdoor concerts at venues across the UK in June 2016.

Harrison Drury has worked with Cuffe and Taylor on a number of deals recently, including one that will see the promoters programme high profile events at Scarborough Air Theatre.

The commercial law firm also has offices in Clitheroe, Garstang, Lancaster and Kendal.
