Preston Business Improvement District once again used the Georgian backdrop of Winckley Square for its regular Hangout.
Sponsored by restaurant DukPond the event gives a chance for city businesses to meet and network.
Andrea Mellon, owner of Duk Pond, treated guests to paella and mushroom pepper pot.
She said: “I wanted to sponsor this again because it was excellent last time and there were a lot of people enjoying themselves and working together.
“It is a really good event because it is a relaxed and informal atmosphere. It is nice and friendly and is well organised by BID.
“It just brings everyone together and it really works.”
BID manager Mark Whittle said: “We have come to expect it now. This event always goes really well and is becoming one of the most popular business networks in the area.
“Its popularity comes from the fact it is unique in terms of setting and its relaxed atmosphere that really encourages people to come together and do business.”
