Young people are being given the opportunity to take part in a Channel 4 workshop on working in media as the roadshow stops in Preston next month.
MyKindaFuture has teamed up with Channel 4 to bring the Pop Up roadshow to six cities across the country, where Channel 4 Freelancers and tutors will focus on working in the media.
The workshops will look at TV Production, marketing and digital ventures as well as having people on hand to give advice and answer questions with certain individuals being offered CV tips by experts. Challenges will be held and judged throughout the day, with a focus on Rio 2016.
The event is designed for the 16 to 25 year olds, and all abilities and backgrounds are urged to sign up to the event. Applicants should sign up using this weblink here, and registrations close on September 20.
It will be held at Preston Guild Hall on October 14 between 9.30am and 6pm.
