A troubled city centre bar continues its battle to reopen as a second day of a licensing review looms on Friday.
Macs bar faces being stripped of its licence as councillors continue to listen to evidence from Preston Police.
The police say they wish the licence to be revoked as they have “lost faith” in the management of the premises.
It follows a Magistrates Court and Crown Court hearing, where a closure order on Macs was overturned, and councillors heard a first day of evidence from police.
A blow by blow account is below. We’ll have live updates from the Town Hall from 9.45am on Friday and the decision will be broadcast live using our Periscope channel.
