New homes proposed for in Grimsargh will wait until early 2016 for a decision.
AdvertisementGladman Homes has appealed a decision by Preston City Council’s planning committee to reject their proposal for 150 new homes off Preston Road.
A date for a planning hearing has been set as Tuesday 26 January 2016 with all evidence needing to be submitted by 29 December.
Grimsargh Parish Council say the development would destroy the character of the village.
Councillors rejected the plans in March saying they would cause “unacceptable adverse harmful impact on the rural character and appearances of the area.”
