Preston FamilyFest is returning to the Flag Market for a second year with former X Factor contestant Ray Quinn headlining.

Some serious dad dancing had been due to take over Preston Flag Market in late July.
Britain’s Got Talent finalists Old Men Grooving had been due to appear but “had to withdraw from the event due to personal commitments” according to organisers.
BGT semi-finalists Henry Gallagher and Ella Shaw will perform alongside fellow entrant Mr Zip.
Preston Business Improvement District, who are responsible for promoting the city centre, organise the event.
BID manager Mark Whittle said: “These are two great acts that are popular with younger members of the family and many mums as well!
“2015 is set to be good year for Ray, with a new single, a 17-date UK tour, new album launch and book release, and it is great for Preston to be a part of that.
“He is known for entertaining the public with his boundless talent for singing, dancing, acting and pretty much everything in between, while Bailey is a great addition to the line-up with a national and international fan base.
“It is running during the school holidays so families can come along and enjoy some top quality entertainment in our magnificent city centre – all free of charge.
“Preston is a place where people of all ages and backgrounds can come and find something to do. The results of our recent public survey found that and this event goes a long way to back that up.
“As well as putting on some great entertainment, this will entice more and more people into the city centre to shop, adding more value to the businesses that already operate in Preston.”
The event runs from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday 25 July. It is free to attend.
Other acts performing include Matt Fitzgerald, Chris Atkinson, Distracted and Red.
