Boy charged in connection with Plungington bike theft

AdvertisementThe boy is also charged with threatening a person with an offensive weapon and criminal damage.
Preston Police say the charge of criminal damage is in relation to a separate incident.
The initial charges relate to the theft of a bike from a young boy on Monday night.
The teenage is to appear at Preston youth court this morning.
