UCLan Students’ Union has made the news hosting a puppy room for stressed out students.
The end of term is coming meaning that third years in particular are feeling the tension as deadlines loom.
UCLan SU has come up with a creative way to help students unwind.
On May 7, there will be a room where students can unwind with puppies.
Lee Macneall, Students’ Union President, said: “It’s been scientifically proven that the puppies de-stress people whilst at the same time help the puppies build skills to be around people – as they are training to become guide dogs.
“The puppies have a breakout room available and breaks are scheduled during the day to ensure the welfare of the puppies.”
Bookings have proven to be incredibly popular – the day is already fully booked!
