The new owners want to operate until 4am on Fridays and Saturdays according to a licensing application tabled to Preston City Council.

Miami Chicken would open from 10am every day of the week and serve late night refreshments until 2am Monday to Thursday and until midnight on Sundays.

It is located close to a number of city centre night clubs.

The former fish and chip shop had seen a major refurbishment in June 2013.
