Moor Lane camper van fire could have been started deliberately

Firefighters have asked Lancashire Police to investigate the cause of a fire in Preston.

A fire crew from Preston fire station were called to Moor Lane in the University area at 6.30am on Saturday.

They found a camper van off te road ablaze. They bought the fire under control.

A spokesman for the Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said they believe the fire was started deliberately.
