Police hunting a bottom-grabber in Preston have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to.

A teenager was sexually assaulted in Henderson Street, Plungington, shortly before 11pm on Saturday 21 February.

The 16-year-old girl was approached from behind by a man who grabbed her bottom before running off.

The man is described as white, aged 30, medium build, with stubble.

He was wearing a black beanie hat, a dark green camouflage type jacket with buttons and pockets on the chest and blue tracksuit.

PC Lisa Smith of Preston Police said: “We are keen to trace the man pictured in the CCTV image and I would urge anyone with any information to come forward and contact us on 101.”
