Ribble Pilot will serve the off-menu Hot As Hell curry as part of its Guys (and girls) vs. Grub event on November 12.

Marston’s Inns and Taverns owns the Ribble Pilot and took the curry off their menu recently because it was deemed too hot.

Alternatively, the contestants can choose the 32oz Hubcap Burger.

Twelve visitors will compete in two competitions with the winner in each category receiving a £50 voucher for the Marston’s Group.

Guy Baybutt, manager of The Ribble Pilot, said: “We’re really looking forward to seeing who can conquer two of our most challenging dishes. This will also be the last chance for anyone to actually taste the Hot as Hell Curry, as it’s now been removed from the menu completely.”
