The building due to be knocked down on Queen Street

A graffiti covered building which is half demolished is due to be pulled down in the city centre.

Queen Street retail park is due to be constructed in the coming years and the Brookhouse Group have made an early statement of intent.

The block sits near to Cotton Court and the current Queen Retail Park.

Plans for the scheme, which used to be the Booths depot, include a supermarket, petrol station and other stores.

Inglenorth Contracting are due to carry out the demolition on the unsafe building.
