Hundreds of people turned out in Penwortham to pay their respects on Remembrance Sunday.
Penwortham war memorial on Liverpool Road was covered in poppy wreathes.
Traffic came to a stop on Penwortham Hill as children marched alongside veterans in the annual parade.
Heather Crook, who runs the Penwortham Magazine and the Preston Magazine, snapped the parade.
A minutes silence was held as part of the Remembrance service.
