Detailed plans in the next stage of development in Grimsargh have been submitted.
AdvertisementProposals for 64 new homes off Ribblesdale Drive were approved after a planning appeal by the developer Wainhomes.
A reserved matters planning application has now been submitted which gives details of the type of houses to be built.
The original application faced fierce opposition from Grimsargh Parish Council and local residents.
But a planning inspector said the area of separation between Grimsargh and Preston wasn’t threatened by the new homes.
The full plans are available to view on the Preston City Council website.
