Twitter user BloggerDon snapped the plane over Lostock Hall

A plane has been flown above Preston this morning with the words ‘Sorry Jackie’ trailing behind it.

Prestonians have taken to Twitter using the hashtag #findjackie in an attempt to find out who it is in relation to.

The plane was spotted over Lostock Hall and the south of the city around 10.30am on Saturday.

One Blog Preston reader Simon emailed us to say he’d claimed responsibility for it to his wife, who is called Jacqui. She didn’t believe him.

All we know is someone must have done something really wrong to want to hire a plane out.
