The band have played two successful headline shows at 53 Degrees in Preston, as well as support slots with From the Jam.

Read their track-by-track guide to Divided Kingdom below:

Divided Kingdom
“Living on an island referred to as the United Kingdom it soon becomes apparent that united is not the appropriate adjective. With each nation and even counties fighting for recognition. The division is rife amongst religion, race, gender, and even the folk from the next village might be deemed offensive. With politicians fueling the hate, this is the United Kingdom on 2014.”

The Beast of Bamber Bridge
“Beast, a mythical creature who lives in the caves, high in the hills above Bamber Bridge, coming down to wreak havoc with the locals. Turn it up. LOUD”

Uglyhead
“John Kettle really challenged us with this track. Uglyhead has been an on-and-off staple for a long time for Mick and Jez, the song pre-dates Deadwood Dog by quite some time. John heard something different in it and Daev had a nice part for it on Cimbalom. There’s loads of really cool instrumentation (Bouzouki, Santouri/Cimbalom, Baglama & Banjo), some big highs and stripped back lows, it’s different from our usual sound but we think you’ll love it.”
