In celebration of the Season of Harvest there will be a Flower and Craft Festival at Preston Minster on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September 2014.
On both days there will be a Café serving refreshments and floristry displays by local florist shops, local groups & churches. The Flower Displays will depict the Festival theme of ‘All good gifts around us are sent from heaven above’.
On Saturday 20th there will be a variety of craft displays and demonstrations. BBC Radio Lancashire gardening expert Bill Blackledge will be giving talks throughout the day on the theme of autumn planting, using containers & planting for spring.
The Festival is open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 20th September, and following the Harvest Festival Service at 9.30am on Sunday 21st September will be open from 11am to 4pm.
