Four new homes could be built in Deepdale if permission is given to demolish a former workshop.

Patel and Chhabu Properties have applied for full permission to build four new townhouses just off Isherwood Street.

The building behind G&M Motors on St Chad’s Street is currently abandoned.

In March last year outline permission was given for the social housing scheme.

Four new homes would front directly onto Isherwood Street and have private gardens at the rear.

The current workshop is on what is the site of the former Lutwidge Mill which was demolished around 1934.

The developers say they will provide off road parking spaces with the homes, which would be socially rented.

You can see the full plans on the city council website.
