Louise Taylor stayed at the hostel in Glasgow

Louise Taylor from Preston has found herself sucked into a viral internet sensation after posting what she thought of her stay in Glasgow on Facebook.

Taylor, who plays for the Preston Roller Girls side, had been up in Scotland and decided to review the hostel they had stayed at.

Her review complaining about poor showers, having to change rooms half-way through their stay and describing the place as “grotty”.

What happened next was a direct response from the manager of the hostel Todd Pedersen.

He took offence to Louise’s review and proceeded to engage in a Facebook commenting conversation which to count has attracted 1,694 comments.

The Basil Fawlty-esque rant has seen Louise’s one-star review of the Blue Sky Hostel appear on Buzzfeed, with them chronicling the exchange.
