Usman Sajid is wanted by Lancashire Police

A Fishwick man is being sought by police for a robbery in Fulwood.

Usman Sajid, 34, formerly of Cromford Walk, is on the run and Lancashire Police are warning the public not to approach him.

Sajid is wanted in connection with a robbery which took place on Monday 19 May.

He is described as being an Asian male, 5’10”, medium build, with a shaved head and clean shaven. He is also softly spoken.

PC Iain Mellis said: “We are carrying out a number of enquiries to try to trace Sajid but I would appeal to the public for their help.

“If anyone knows where he might be please get in contact with us.

“I would advise people not to approach Sajid directly but to contact police on the 101 number if they see him.”

Police believe Sajid has links to Preston, Bury, Bolton and Manchester.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting log number LC-20140708-0389.
