The Towards Breath workshop is being held in Preston at Oxheys Mill Studios on Saturday 28th June.
AdvertisementMechanical Air is a Hyper Graphic Score – a ground-breaking system for the notation and composition of Music Art Performance.
The system allows for multiple disciplines to combine and collaborate. Music, sound, visual arts, text, dance all come together to explore a range of ideas and approaches.
The workshop is delivered by Mayhew & Osborn to enable you to explore the possibilities of hyper-graphics through collaboration and multi-disciplinary practice.
A great opportunity for artists to discover ‘their own unique voice in this notation of ideas’.
A limited range of artists’ materials will be provided by Mayhew & Osborn. However, participants and musicians canbring their own instruments.
Numbers are limited so if it is not booked up already register your interest by emailing Gavin Osborn: gavosb76@yahoo.co.uk
This event is supported by Arts Council England.
