Nearly two thousand women and children have taken part in the annual Race for Life.

The runners turned Moor Park a shade of pink as they took on the course, either walking or running, under overcast skies.
Penwortham breast cancer survivor Toni Harrison was the special guest, and she started the race before joining the 1,944 women taking part.
