A Preston nightclub released a video to promote a new night ‘Bounce by the ounce’.

The clip, shot at Rumes on Church Street, has since gone viral, attracting the kind of comments the makers probably didn’t expect.

Metro carried the story saying Rumes may not be offering the most glamorous club night, but it does have some serious positives to advertise.

Part of the video features a Preston dance floor legend letting go. Metro says ‘Whether this legend is enjoying himself is not exactly clear but he does seem to feel able to fully let go, which has got be good’. Has to be seen to be fully appreciated.

You can watch the clip below which had clocked up more than 300,000 views on YouTube. If you’re on our app, click here to watch.

It even got comedian Jack Whitehall talking about it on Twitter. He wants to go to Rumes for his birthday

Preston cricket star Andrew Flintoff also had a look, although he thought it was the old Tokyo Joes.
