Work continues to repair the Old Tram Bridge

Old Tram Bridge with workmen

Work is continuing on shoring up the Old Tram Bridge.

The bridge, which crosses the River Ribble into Avenham Park, has had scaffolding up for a number of weeks.

Local residents say it was due to a farmer banging his tractor into the bridge in a recent accident.
