Police are appealing for information following an unprovoked attack on a teenager in Preston city centre.

An 18-ear-old was approached as he walked down Cheapside close to the Flag Market.
Two men set upon the man and left him with a suspected broken jaw.
Det Sgt Martin Pearson, of Preston CID, said: “There is genuinely no motive – this was an unprovoked attack.
“The injuries he suffered are consistent with a sustained attack involving stamping, which is particularly nasty.”
