St Catherine’s Hospice are holding their Big Charity Bike Ride in May. They are calling on people to use pedal power to support their local hospice.

On Sunday 18 May try a 20-mile circuit of the Preston Guild Wheel or a 50-mile route around the Fylde, both setting off from Preston Grasshoppers Rugby Club.

The charity bike ride is to raise vital funds to support care provided by the hospice for local people affected by life-limiting illnesses.

They are asking people try to raise as much money as possible in sponsorship from family, friends and colleagues.  Or you can just donate directly to St Catherine’s Hospice instead.

There is a registration fee of £30 for the 50 mile Challenge Ride, and £20 for the 20 mile Fun Ride. £10 for children (17 and younger.)

Have a look at the St Catherine’s Hospice website for details of how to collect sponsorship and how to register.

Or 01772 629171.
