Man arrested following Nationwide armed robbery

AdvertisementThe 52-year-old man from London is currently being interviewed by detectives.
Lancashire Police revealed a female cashier was threatened in the Fishergate branch at Monday lunchtime by a man believed to be carrying a firearm.
The man is said to have made off with a substantial amount of cash.
