A local author has researched the fascinating insight into the history of public transport in Preston.

Preston Buses by Mike Rhodes looks at public, focusing on the buses, depot and operations of Preston Bus from the tram era to the present day. Mike previously authored Preston’s Trams and Buses a few years ago.

Surely of interest not only to transport enthusiasts, but Proud Prestonians everywhere.

Priced at £16.95 the book is available to buy from the Information Office on Preston Bus Station.
