The North West Preston masterplan, branded as creating a Garden City in the area, could see up to 5,300 homes built over the coming decades.

Parish councillors will discuss the plan and consider their response to the proposals.

The meeting is at Woodplumpton Parish Rooms at the rear of St Anne’s Church from 7pm on Monday.
