Empty Preston city centre office could be converted into flats

Empty offices on a side street off Friargate are set to become flats.

Planning officers are considering a proposal from Mr A Panchal to turn Union Court, on Union Street, into three self-contained flats.

Union Street runs from Friargate to Market Street West.

The apartments would run over four floors, including renovating the basement of the building.

The plans are available to view on the council website.
