A Preston-based playwright will see her coming of age drama performed in the city.

Korova Arts Cafe & Bar is to host Natasha Southworth’s play Family.

Family was first performed at the 2012 Preston Tringe Festival but has been refined since then.

Laura Hill-Leighs, a local actor, is to perform the piece which focuses around a train journey experienced by Southworth.

The show will be performed on Friday 24 January and Saturday 25 January from 8pm. Tickets are £5 and available from Korova on St Wilfrid’s Street or Preston Visitor Information Centre.
