In pictures: After the fire at Charcoal Huts on New Hall Lane

Charcoal Huts is currently closed after the fire

There isn’t much sign of the fire that ravaged the takeaway and flat on New Hall Lane on Saturday night.

Some damaged property is strewn over a side road but the front and side of the building appear unaffected.

Forty fire fighters were deployed at one stage tackling the fire, which seems to have mainly come out of the flue.

New Hall Lane was closed for three hours while crews tackled the blaze.

Severe damage has been caused inside the takeaway and the flat above.
