Broughton’s Christmas tree caught during the evening rush

A Preston photographer is attempting an Advent calendar challenge with a difference.


Keith Sergeant is taking photos of Christmas trees dotted around Preston and beyond.

He was set the challenge by fellow Preston Flickr group member Billy Matthews who asked him to photograph a tree a day up until Christmas.

From small trees above newsagents to the tree in the middle of the Miller Arcade, Keith is drawing inspiration from all corners of the city.
