The Miley Tunnel is a place where some have ventured and many believe to be haunted.

Urban explorer David, or scrappyNW on Flickr, ha these atmospheric pictures from inside the former railway tunnel.

It is part of the old line that used to connect Preston to Longridge, much of it running under the university campus and under Deepdale.

In 2010, our Blog Preston team took a walk down the tunnel to see if they could find any evidence of paranormal activity.
