Preston North End’s club historians are seeking information about former players for a new book.

Ian Rigby and Mike Payne are writing a book about PNE players from the past and what they went on to do next.

Many players went on to become pub landlords in the local area, bought property or in one case became an auctioneer’s clerk.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Ian on ianrigby351@btinternet.com

Let us know in the comments below if you know what happened to PNE players both pre and post-war.
