Two Preston men and a teenage boy charged with attempted murder over Deepdale stab attack

Two men and a teenage boy have been charged with attempted murder following the stabbing of a 17 year old boy in Deepdale.

A 33-year-old man and a 20-year-old man, both from Preston, have been both remanded into custody.

A 16-year-old boy, from the city, has also been charged and will appear alongside the two men at Preston Magistrates Court on Friday 21 June.

The three are accused of seriously assaulting the teenager on St Stephens Road on Saturday evening.

The teenager remains in a “critical but stable condition” in Preston Royal Hospital according to police.

Police are still appealing for witnesses and information about the attack.
