This Easter sees the return of the Lancashire Market following the success of the food market held at Christmas, which official figures show an attendance of 77,400 people.
On Saturday 30th March, Preston will once again become home to some of Lancashire’s finest local produce and will see new and old Lancashire producers offering the finest in food, drink and crafts including Lula Blue, Strongs of Lytham, Levanter Fine Foods, Shirley’s Home-Made, Doof, dukpond plus many more.
Unlike the event in December the Easter market will be once again down Friargate, which will be closed to traffic for the day.
The market, organised by the Preston Business Improvement District (BID) who promote business in the city, is free to attend and runs from 10am to 5pm.
More details will be available near the day of the market.
