Caroline opened the shop in the New Year with an aim to buy and sell unusual second hand items that are hard to find elsewhere.

“So far the response had been fantastic,” says Caroline, who has sourced all of the items for sale in the shop. She feels very passionate about finding the right items for the shop, watches, clocks, mirrors, artwork, lamps and furniture and selling them at affordable prices. Prints range from £1 – £75.

As well as selling items Caroline buys and collects items, “Many of the items for sale here are from my own home, so many people now want to declutter and its great if you can make some money as you do that.”

“I’ve met some lovely people selling items that have history and stories attached to them and its really nice to see some of my favourite items being sold and going to good homes,” says Caroline, “Although sometimes I do end up taking items home myself!”

For the future Caroline plans to expand the vintage clothes section and start selling from the shop online.

In the meantime the shop is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10am -4pm. There is parking situated at the back of the shop.
