Proscenium Theatre Company presents a showcase and a full evening concert with full chorus and orchestra at St John’s Minster in Preston on Saturday 29 September at 7.30pm
This powerful and exciting new musical brings to life the dramatic story of Joan of Arc, the young peasant girl who, believing she heard voices from God inspired the French soldiers to sensational victories against the English in the Hunderd Years War and restored the crown to the Dauphin, Charles VII. The story follows her life from her humble beginnings at Domremy to being burnt at the stake at the tender age of 19.
