Fifty acts will take part in this year’s Preston Tringe festival which showcases some of the best comedy, theatre and performances the city has to offer.

Since starting in 2009 the Tringe has grown into Preston’s fringe festival and this year becomes part of the Guild celebrations.

The festival runs from Friday 31 August until Sunday 9 September across nine venues including The Continental, The Adelphi and the Frog and Bucket comedy club.

Festival passes are available for £35 and day passes are £10.

Tickets are available from the Preston Visitor Information Centre or by calling 01772 253 731.
