A project aiming to celebrate 100 personalities in Preston ahead of the Guild closes for entries this week.
Preston-based photographer Luke Richards is looking to take a photo of 100 Guild Faces, ranging from the very young to the elderly.
Those nominated should be long-term residents of the city and colourful characters, according to Richards.
He said: “100 Guild Faces is an exciting, historical project that will celebrate the diversity of the city of Preston by preserving a record of its faces during the unique once every 20 year Guild celebrations.”
The photos will be displayed in the St George’s Shopping Centre during the Guild month of september.
To nominate someone you know you should email lrphotography@mac.com, phone 07766385515 or use the project’s Facebook page.
The deadline for nominations is Tuesday 31 July and the photos will be taken from the first week of August.
